Jennifer Connelly is an Academy Award-winning American actress who has starred in many popular films. She was born on December 12, 1970, in the Bronx, New York City. Jennifer’s parents were both artists, and she began her career as a child model at the age of 10. She made her film debut in 1984’s Once Upon a Time in America, and went on to star in such hits as Labyrinth (1986), The Rocketeer (1991), and A Beautiful Mind (2001), for which she won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress. In recent years, Jennifer has starred in such films as Hulk (2003), Dark Water (2005), Blood Diamond (2006), and He’s Just Not That Into You (2009).
